Miles & SmilesFUELED ON BANTERVIRTUAL TRUCKING. REAL COMPANY.
Welcome to Miles & Smiles. An ETS2 and ATS crew bringing drivers together for the journeys, the progress and the banter along the way.
01 / MORE THAN THE DESTINATION
We’re a virtual trucking company built around a simple idea: the road is better with good company. Miles & Smiles brings Euro Truck Simulator 2 and American Truck Simulator drivers together in one Discord community.
Bring your favourite truck, share a delivery, join a drive and get to know the crew. Alongside the chat, our own driver hub gives your journeys a home—with recorded deliveries, personal progress and company leaderboards.
Fueled on Banter. Driven together.
A LITTLE MORE BEHIND EVERY MILE
Follow your delivery history, all-time distance and progress across ETS2 and ATS. See your most-used trucks and most-delivered cargo types.
Work towards mileage ranks and a place on the monthly leaderboards, with separate Hardcore and Heavy Haul challenges when you want something extra.
Share completed deliveries in Discord, arrange a drive and see fellow drivers on the private hub’s live map when they choose to share their position.
02 / YOUR JOURNEYS, BROUGHT HOME
The Miles & Smiles desktop tracker connects your game to your private driver profile, so you can spend your time driving rather than entering deliveries by hand.
Available to drivers for Windows, Linux x64 and macOS Intel / Rosetta.

BEFORE YOU HIT THE ROAD
Start in our Discord server. Say hello and the team can guide you through joining and getting driver access.
The tracker is available inside the private driver hub once you have the M&S Driver role. Sign in with Discord, open My tracker and choose the installer for your computer.
The tracker can save unfinished journeys and resume them on their original game profile. Start it before taking the job, keep it running while driving, and save your game before quitting or switching profiles.
This welcome page is public. Driver records, live locations and administration tools stay inside the Discord-gated hub, with separate permissions for staff areas.
YOUR INFORMATION
How Miles & Smiles handles information when you visit this page, join our community or use our hub, tracker and Discord bot.
Last updated: 18 October 2026
The Miles & Smiles VTC management team is responsible for the community information described here. For a privacy question or a request about your data, join our Discord server and open a private ticket addressed to management. Do not post a privacy request, connection key or private account information in a public channel. If you cannot access the ticket system, ask management for an alternative private contact route.
The tracker reads supported game telemetry and relevant game configuration and log information to check tracking and Hardcore eligibility. Local files include saved journeys, profile references, pending jobs, status information and settings-check results. We do not upload your whole game log or save-game files as part of normal tracking. Your connection key is protected using the operating system’s credential facilities. Closing the tracker or uninstalling it does not necessarily remove its local saved data.
We use it to provide the driver hub, recognise deliveries, run fair leaderboards and events, manage membership and breaks, maintain account security, and help resolve problems. Where UK data protection law applies, our basis for these core community operations is our legitimate interest in running and protecting a voluntary VTC fairly. We consider drivers’ privacy expectations and restrict staff access by role. Optional live sharing can be turned off in the tracker, and you can untick the companion option without stopping normal delivery tracking. You may object to processing based on legitimate interests by contacting management.
The public welcome page does not display driver records or live locations. Authorised drivers can see relevant profiles, deliveries, rankings, official events and shared live information inside the private hub. Staff-only references, break notes and administration records are restricted according to staff permissions.
When enabled, our bot may post delivery results, rank promotions, event details, attendance or meetup reminders to configured Discord channels. Anyone able to read those channels can see the posted information; their audience may differ from the hub’s driver-only audience. Discord processes those messages under its own policies. Hosting and backup providers process information needed to run the service. Following an external link or loading an externally hosted event picture connects your browser to that provider. We do not sell your personal information or use the hub’s driver data for advertising.
Delivery history, ranks, event records, activity dates and administration records do not have a universal automatic deletion deadline. They are retained while needed for community history, fair scoring, membership management, security or resolving disputes. Leaving the VTC, being removed, revoking a tracker key or disconnecting the activity bot does not automatically erase historical records. Contact management to request a review of what is still needed.
Live positions are held temporarily in server memory rather than as a journey-history database. Entries become unavailable after 90 seconds without an accepted update; an active tracker can continue refreshing a paused position. Tracker connection locks expire within 90 seconds without renewal. Local pending jobs and saved journeys remain on your computer until processed or deliberately removed. Backup copies may retain information after it is removed from the working database and must also be considered when management handles a deletion request.
The hub uses essential sign-in cookies and browser preferences. This public information page does not include advertising or analytics scripts. Discord and any external sites you visit have their own cookie and privacy policies. Hosting outside your country or the use of third-party services may involve processing in other countries.
We use encrypted web connections, encrypted stored Discord authorisation secrets, hashed tracker keys and staff permissions. No system is completely secure. Keep your connection key private, use your own account and contact management if you think access has been compromised.
You can stop live sharing, change your companion preference, revoke your tracker key or stop using the tracker. These choices do not themselves erase existing records. You may request access to your personal information, correction of inaccurate information, deletion, restriction, or object to processing. Data portability and other rights apply where the relevant law provides them; rights can depend on the circumstances. Management may need to check your identity before acting. The hub’s delivery export is useful for job history, but is not a complete copy of every type of personal information we hold.
Open a private Discord ticket to management for these requests. Where UK law applies, you can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office; elsewhere, contact your local data protection authority. We will update this notice if our handling of information changes.
USING OUR COMMUNITY TOOLS
The rules for using the Miles & Smiles hub, tracker and community bot.
Last updated: 18 October 2026
Miles & Smiles provides community tools for virtual trucking. The public welcome page is open to everyone. The driver hub requires an authorised Discord account and the relevant Miles & Smiles Driver role. Staff tools require additional permissions. Follow our Discord and VTC rules, and the applicable age, account and conduct requirements of Discord, Steam, the games and any multiplayer service you use.
Use your own account and submit journeys you drove yourself. Do not share accounts or tracker keys, relay-drive for another person’s account, impersonate another driver, or use another person’s access. One tracker connection may use a key at a time. Use Quit tracker before moving to another computer; hiding its window does not close it. A lost connection can take up to 90 seconds to expire. Generating a replacement key revokes the previous key.
Keep credentials private and report suspected misuse to management through a private Discord ticket. Never include a connection key in chat messages or screenshots. Download our tracker from the private hub and follow its installation instructions.
Start the tracker before driving, keep it running throughout a tracked job and follow the speed and eligibility rules shown in the hub and tracker. A completed in-game job is not automatically an accepted VTC job: missing tracking data, excessive speed or unmet eligibility checks may prevent mileage or scores from being awarded. Displayed event reward labels do not automatically award points.
Do not falsify deliveries or telemetry, tamper with tracking checks, exploit duplicate submissions, bypass the active-connection limit, or interfere with the hub or bot. If a result appears wrong, ask management to review it. Records and scores may be corrected with an administration record where appropriate.
Live sharing is optional. Shared information is visible to authorised hub users and may be delayed, paused or temporarily unavailable. The map shows supported in-game coordinates and map data; it is not a real-world navigation or safety service. Choosing “Looking for a driving companion” lets other drivers know you welcome company; it does not guarantee a match or require you to drive with anyone.
When creating or editing events and Driver Meetups, provide accurate details and only submit text, links and pictures you have permission to use. Do not include private information, abusive material, malicious links or unlawful content. You allow Miles & Smiles to store, display, update and share the material as needed to operate the event in the hub and Discord. This does not transfer ownership of your material. Attendance choices may be shown with your display name.
These are community tools provided as available. Updates, game changes, third-party outages or tracking interruptions can affect their operation. We cannot promise uninterrupted service or that every delivery can be recovered or counted. Keep your game saves and ask for help if tracking stops working. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Management may restrict access, revoke keys or correct records to protect the community, respond to misuse or enforce VTC rules. You can ask management to review a restriction through a private Discord ticket. Historical records may remain subject to the Privacy Policy; account removal does not automatically delete them.
We may update these terms and the service as the community develops. Material changes should be brought to members’ attention through the hub or Discord before they apply. Miles & Smiles is an independent VTC and is not operated by or officially endorsed by SCS Software, Discord, TruckersMP, Trucky or Haul. Their services have separate rules and policies. For questions about these terms, contact Miles & Smiles management through a private ticket in our Discord server.
